  • A health coach partners with you to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes by activating your own strengths and providing external resources. It is a client-centered approach where you decide your goals and engage in self-discovery, while the coach helps to educate, engage, and empower you along the journey.

  • I am so glad you asked! I can help with any variety of health goals, but my specialty is with women’s health issues including weight loss. We can also focus on concerns around healthier eating, fatigue, lack of energy, hormonal imbalances, or quitting smoking.

  • Absolutely! As a board certified obesity medicine specialist I am knowledgeable in the latest scientific evidence in the field of obesity medicine. I can assist in brainstorming nutritional and fitness strategies for weight loss, making recommendations based on your individual circumstances. While I am up to date on the latest weight loss medications on the market, I do not prescribe them. I am happy to make recommendations to discuss with your treating physician.

  • An investment in your health is a committment. Healthy habits are formed over time and require frequent sessions in order to develop a mindset and strategy that will continue to work over time. However, if you are not yet ready for the investment, we can discuss a one time consultation if appropriate.

  • Yes! If you are not ready for the investment, or not sure coaching is for you, we can begin with a one time “wellness” consultation. This can include a review of your current health status, lab review, and client specific recommendations for your wellness goals. If you choose to continue the journey, the fee will be incorporated into the package of your choice. Cost $250.
